Hi,

The EXTINTn pin has a standard LVCMOS I/O cell. Characteristics can be seen in sections "All other LVCMOS pins (VDDSHVx = 1.8V; x=1–11)" or "All other LVCMOS pins (VDDSHVx = 3.3V; x=1–11)" in section 5.7 of the AM437x Datasheet Rev. D.

These are settings of the Pad Control Registers, described in section 7.2.1 of the AM437x TRM Rev. H. Register for EXTINTn pin is named CTRL_CONF_NNMI and is located at address 0x44E1_0A84.
