Does AM5728 have the internal function to measure the current of VDD_MPU, which is like Energy Trace of MSP430?
We want to know the way to measure the current of VDD_MPU on AM5728.

Hi,

No, there is no such internal functionality. You can do this by placing a sub-Ohm resistor serially on the VDD_MPU rail. This is how it's done on the AM572x GP EVM.
