Tool/software: TI-RTOS
Hello All,
We have custom board based on TDA2Px as below mentioned details, Currently It’s configured with DDR3 of size 2GB each on EMIF1 and EMIF2 interface.
Vision SDK Version : [REL_VISION_SDK_03_03_00_00]
BSP Version : [PDK_01_09_00_xx]
SOC : [TDA2PX]
SOC Revision : [ES1.0]
Board Detected : [TDA3XX BASE]
Bsp_boardGetId : [0x400]
Base Board Revision : [REV A]
Daughter Card Revision: [REV A]
Now, we revised the board with DDR3 which have different temperature grade part , Now we are unable to access the DDR Here, the revised board is populated with a mix of IT, AIT, and AT grade DDR as per below mentioned:
MT41K512M16HA-125 AIT:A
MT41K512M8DA-107 AAT:P
MT41K512M8DA-107 AAT:P
Is this issue related to the new parts having differing Device ID’s.
If Yes, then could you provide information, wheire we can find the checks for device ID’s in the sdk?
Or do we need to change DDR timing configuration for this new grade DDR ?
Regards,
Ishaqe
