AM3354: boot up issue

Part Number: AM3354

Our story:

1. our board use AM3354 with NAND, DDR2, UART, Micro-SD card etc....

2. NAND is MT29F1G08ABADAH4:D,

3. DDR2 is MT47H128M16, . . .

Our status:

1. It boots up fine from Micro--SD card, SYSBOOT[4:0] = "10110"

2. it boots up fine from NAND when SYSBOOT[4:0] = "10100"

Our problem:

1. it boots up from NAND when SYSBOOT[4:0] = "00111". However it takes about 5 ~ 6 minutes every time re-cycle the power.

Any ideas? Thank you.
