Linux/AM5748: Interfacing DS18S20 High-Precision 1-Wire Digital Thermometer with AM5748

Hi All

We are trying to interface DS18S20 High-Precision 1-Wire Digital Thermometer with AM5748 through GPIO5_9 I have enabled the driver W1_SLAVE_THERM  in .config file, and in dra7.dtsi I have added a node as below

onewire {
		compatible = "w1-gpio";
		gpios = <&gpio5 9 0>;
                status = "okay";
                         w1-slave: slave@0{
                                     status = "okay";
                       };
         };
Now I complied and added the device tree and zImage to board when board boots up i can able to See the w1 interface i.e. /sys/bus/w1/  but in w1 i can't getting the salve device, 
i.e. /sys/bus/w1/device/. I want to know that what is missing in the device tree or what is the exact device tree node to be inserted to that or What is the exact procedure to interface this one wire device with a35748.
