You can use Matlab to code TMS320C6678L EVM. I suggest you the linked below example:

I can not suggest you a Simulink example for you board but only for reference you can take a look at:

Thank you for this. I just want to clarify that the processing of the Matlab happens in the TMS320C6678L evm or is it different. Thank you!
