Linux/AM3358: eMMC 4.3 standard

Hi,

We are using "AM3358BZCZ80" Controller in our design. For interface NAND we are using one of the eMMC port form the controller pins.

We are not getting eMMC device with "MMC4.3" compliant.

Please suggest us MMC4.3 compliant NAND Flash components.

Hi,

You are not likely to find eMMC devices manufactured to eMMC 4.3 standard nowadays. However eMMC devices compliant to newer versions of the standard are backward compatible to version 4.3. Please note that if you intend to boot from the eMMC device it should be connected to port MMC1.
