It is very frustrated that as soon as TI releases a new version of SDK the download page for previous version is completely vanished. TI needs to understand that the majority of embedded platforms are not running the latest firmware. People still need to have a way to download tools such as toolchain etc for an older version of firmware. Also sometimes it is useful to test and compare a particular function between 2 versions. For example if something no longer working in the latest version we often compare the source code against an older version of SDK. Without the access to an older SDK how am I able to figure out what goes wrong?
In the past, after a lot of hassle, I was still able to find those download pages. But now there is no where to find them. I tried google, TI search and neither worked. TI needs to have a dedicated page for all the links to download pages of previous SDK.
