Getting css file for using EVMDM365 and XDS560

Hi.

I've tried to use XDS510USB Emulator with my board, I mean EVMDM365, I've found that I can't use that XDS510 because of port address mismatch.
So I've decide to use one of XDS560 class, but I could not get ccs file.
Can anybody let me know where can I get that file?
If possible, then please let me know.
