Linux/AM6548: AM6548 Processor SDK 5.02 boot

Have you tried probing EEPROM using i2c commands in uboot shell ?

e.g.

# Select the i2c bus
i2c dev <bus>
# i2c dev 0

# Probe the devices in i2c bus 0
# i2c probe

It seems to me that you are trying to boot AM65x EVM with AM57x images (am57xx-evm-linux-05.02.00.10.img.zip). Please note that AM65x EVM should be booted with AM65x images, available at below link:

software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html

Sorry for my typo, it is am65xx-evm-linux-05.02.00.10.img. I made the boot card again as below snapshot, same result. please help verify on your side.

It did not reach UBOOT command line yet, can't do that.

I do not have E2 board on my side to check. I have only 1.0 board. And it looks like 1.0 is the latest version of the board, see "REVISION HISTORY" section of the TMDX654GPEVM Schematics, PROC062E3(003)_SCH.pdf. We have there:

ver 0.1, 29-May-2018, E2
ver 0.2, 13-Jun-2018, E3
ver 1.0, 4-Sep-2018, baseline

And also "Beta" version is noted as tested in the release notes:

software-dl.ti.com/.../Release_Specific_Supported_Platforms_and_Versions.html

Let me check with the Linux team if PSDK 5.02 is tested with AM65x EVM ver 0.1 E2

Just adding a comment to Pavel's response.

Most likely the Rev E2 boards were not programmed at production, the early adopter SDK did not use the eeprom. It was not until the ver 1.0 boards were the eeproms programmed to align with the 5.01 Linux SDK release which is when eeprom support was added.

Thanks for confirmation. As customer has the Rev E2 board, what should we do to make the SDK 5.02 working on Rev E2 board?
