I am using TDA3X, C66X DSP for moving abject tracking.

As far as I see, Kalman funcitions in VLIB can help me finish my job.

As shown in the below picture:

Is there any demo code for me to learn how to using Kalman Filter for object tracking?

As far as I know，there are tracking using kalman filter as shown below:
PROCESSOR_SDK_VISION_03_03_00_00\ti_components\algorithms\REL.200.V.OD.C66X.00.06.02.00\200.V.OD.C66X.00.06\modules\ti_object_detection.
But the code is not open.

I couldn't find an example that we can share the source code for, however, the use of kalman filter for object detection is documented all over the internet. If you do a google search for "kalman filter object detection", there are several papers and videos that pop up that should be useful.
