How can I change the port number for XDS510USB?

Hi.

I'm working on EVMDM365 and XDS510USB.
And there is a problem for testing my development board.
The port number of the XDS510USB I bought is 0x240 and the port number which is included in the "DM365-XDS510USB.ccs" file from the SpectrumDigital site is 0x510.
They don't match each other.
So, I can't connect to the board with CodeComposerStudio ver3.3 and also can not test with SDConfigEx.
I thought that I should match those two port addresses.
But I don't know how to do it.

Can anybody tell me the way on how to change the port number of the ccs config file?
I'll appreciate if anybody teach me.

Regards.

  • Hi,

0x240 is one of the valid port numbers for XDS510USB emulator.

If it does not match to your .ccs file, then you need to download different drivers from your vendor site (if your vendor is not Spectrum Digital)
