Linux/DRA71: Set the DDR data bus width from 32bit to 16bit

Hi TI team,

DRA718's RAM data bus width is 32bit, so we use 2 pcs 128M x 16bit DDR to constitute 32bit width, now we want to reduce the DDR size, and we want to use 1 pcs 128M x 16 bit DDR chip, is it possible that we use this solution set the data bus to 16 bit width.

Hi,

You need to change in EMIF register EMIF_SDRAM_CONFIG, fields 15:14 NARROW_MODE to 1 in uboot in file board/ti/dra7xx/evm.c
