As I understand it, the Integra DSP+ARM (TMS320C6A816x) Processors do not support IEEE 1588. Is that correct? If so, is there any way to add the necessary time stamping other than with a separate MAC?

You have listed several devices that do NOT support IEEE1588, so which devices DO support IEEE1588? And do we have software to support this as well?

I can find that IEEE1588 we have in DM814x/AM387x/DM38x, AM335x, AM437x, DRA7x. See the below pointers for more details:
