AM3352: SYSBOOT pin status on reset

Hello, TI experts

According to am335x datasheets, the SYSBOOT pins(am335x_lcddata) should be high Z state on reset. But when I set a pull up 10K resistor to +3.3V on external circuit, it only get about +1.7V level on this pin. What might be the reason?

Hi,

Please verify that the VDDSHVx voltage on SYSBOOT pins is 3.3V too. The most likely reason is that the external circuit is sinking current, possibly through a pulldown resistor of approximately the same value as your pullup.

Yes VDDSHV6 used here is 3.3V. And there is only one pullup resistor in external circuit at this time.

Can you disconnect the external circuit from this signal, leaving only the SYSBOOT pin with the external pullup? Which processor pin is this?
