Hello,

I have a very simple questions to ask about the DM36x microcontroller:

Can I power the board using USB (5V + 500mA max.)? My board has a few sensors that do not consume too much (max 100mA at 3.3V I would say).

Assuming you have designed a custom DM365 based board for your product I think you should be able to power over usb. What is your product use case is this a PC accessory?

Yes it's a PC accessory with 2 webcams (and one IMU + mic) and 2 USB cables.

I am now looking for software that captures images, maybe compress them (H.264, MJPEG or MPEG4) and broadcast them over USB

Probably someone else might have a initial version of a webcam reference software on DM365. If you have access to an TI FAE pl. do ping the FAE if such a stack exists on DM365 platform.
