DM365 EVM Rev E

I have several Rev D boards and one newer Rev E board.  It is my understanding (someone correct me if I am wrong) that the only difference in Rev D to E is that Rev E has the V1.2 silicon vs. the V1.1.  I use D's and E's interchangeably with the DVSDK code and my own code without any problems or changes. 

Rev C and beyond should have rev 1.2 silicon.  My understanding is that the changes from Rev C leading to Rev E are minor and consist primarily of resistor values, but I do not have a comprehesive list yet.  My expectation is that Spectrum Digital should be updating their site soon.

Just to be clear, I definitely have two Rev D boards with TMX320DM365AZCE parts on them.  My understanding was that the A denoted Rev 1.1.  My Rev E board has a B part so I assumed not all of the Rev C and beyond boards left spectrum digital with rev 1.2 on them.  Am I missing something with respect to the part nomenclature?

I notice #24 mentions that "KNOWN ISSUE: DM365 Rev A/B/C/D boards, PAL video play-out operations have worse quality than NTSC video play-out".

Is there anything I can do to my revD board to improve the PAL output quality?  Is this a SW of HW issue or a mix of it?
