AM3358: AM3358

Part Number: AM3358

Hello everyone-

I am doing a FMEA on a design based on AM3358(BZCZA100) micro controller-I have two failure modes I would like to double check:

1.Would the AM3358(BZCZA100) stop operating normally if pin CAP_VBB_MPU is gets open circuit?

Datasheet suggests it is a redundant power source for the internal MPU_SRAM_LDO, would it that be right?

So I am also assuming any external stuck high to a 3V3 source or low to GND that would damage the internal MPU SRAM- would you agree?

Any advise/comments very appreciated.

Thanks in advance

    Yes.

No, this is the internal LDO output capacitor connection pin.

    Yes.
