In the TRM SPRUHL7 April 2014 page 650, 7.3.1.9 CTRL _BANDGAP is a register that has an 8 bit field temperature data from ADC. Can this register be used to provide a temperature of the chip? If so, can you provide better documentation or an example of how this register is to be used?
