Linux/TMDSIDK574: Difference of ECC function between AM574x and AM6x

Hi TI Experts, 

I am looking for the solution with high memory reliability to replace the current one, AM437x. Currently, both AM574x and AM6x can support full DDR ecc. What is the difference between of them?

    Hi Kang,

    DDR ECC feature between these two devices (AM574x and AM57x) is similar, but there are some differences. You can compare the TRMs sections:

    AM574x

    AM65x
