Hello,

I have discovered a bug in the PinMux tool when editing the AM5748.

For pin B16 it is possible to configure two functions in parallel without having any failure report given by the tool.

I configured gpio6_7 and mcasp8_axr1 both on B16.

Is this a known bug or is it intentionally and I am missing the point here?

Hello Felix,

Strange, you sure you are not seeing the error flags? I have tried it on my end and here is the result clearly showing errors. Can you double check?

I retried configuring the two functions both on B16 again, and I am not getting any error message.

Felix,

In your screenshot you have the box checked that says "Any 1 of the following pins". You have two pins checked (axr0 and axr1). It is using axr0 as a McASP serializer and not axr1.
