Hi Rafelle,

you can use VisionSDK fot TDA3 without JTAG (in general it will be just more difficult to debug - you will need to use console prints).
You can download it from here:
software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html

When you install it under directory "PROCESSOR_SDK_VISION_03_06_00_00\vision_sdk\docs" you can find comprehensive documentation for the SDK.
