Are you wanting to test the performance benchmark that was provided by the Linux package here, http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/DaVinci_PSP_Releases#DaVinci_PSP_03.20_Release?

I believe the benchmark measurements are tested with the device driver provided in the Linux software. Under each performance and benchmark table, there are additional information on how the test was performed.
