Linux/AM4376: About the risk for DEV_FEATURE changes

We found the spec has the update about DEV_FEATURE changes as below 

Reversion D,2016

Reversion E, 2019

Could TI help to check if there is any impact if DEV_FEATURE changes? or we need to modify HW/SW section ?
