How does a USB host detect C5515/14/05/04 USB module on the bus?

Hi,

I've checked schematics of C5515EVM and C5515 eZdsp.
The both of boards don't have a 1.5-Ω  pullup  resistor  to  the  DP  line.

And there is no discriptions about the resister in the USB u/g, SPRUGH9.

So,  how does a USB host detect C5515/14/05/04 USB module on the bus and start the enumeration process.?
