TMDXIDK5728: IDK board does not boot SDCard

Hi,

We have an IDK board that just stopped booting SD Cards. It previously booted SD cards correctly. We have a few IDK boards and we verified another IDK board can boot the SD card fine.

We can tell the IDK board is booting from reading boot output on the serial port. Also the LED states do not change like the LEDs on a normal booting board.

It seems to us that there may be something wrong with the board and if this is the case, we'd like to get an RMA started ASAP to not slow down productivity.

Hi,

I chatted with support and they said I need to have an engineer verify the problem first. Do you agree there is a board problem?

We did purchase the board through Digikey, so will return through them.

How long have you being using this board before you see this issue? when the boards were bought? Did you buy these boards via TI.com or via distributor?

We purchased the boards a few months a ago and have been using them for that time We bought the boards through Digikey.

Do we need to return them through Digikey?
