We had ordered 20 number of AM4379BZDNA100 Sitara processor from Mouser. Out of the 20 received, 14 were having short on power rails of the IC. We would like to return the samples to TI for analysis and have requested for replacement parts from Mouser. Please let us know how we can send the parts to TI.
