In AM437x spec, we saw the LPDDR2 design can support 32bit x1 / 16bit x1 / 16bitx2.
PS: Table 5-61. Supported LPDDR2 Device Combinations
Can AM437x support 8 bit x 4 for LPDDR2 ?
