All C2000 devices can control such a two-phase motor with a right gate drive and power modular. We didn't have any example library to control a two-phase planar motor, but you might refer to the example project for a stepper motor in controlSUITE as the following folder that should be similar to your requirement.

As you have known, just C2000 as one series of DSP before is used to control motor control, so the answer is NO.
