[DM355] DDR2 SDRAM Address Mapping Question

Hi~

i have a simple question. please help if you don't mind~

sprueh7d.pdf(23 page) said that "The number of row address bits is determined by the number of valid address pins for the device

and does not need to be setin a register".

that means, In case of normal address mapping, we only can modify IBANK and PAGESIZE and then ROWSIZE can be set automatically.

i don't understand clearly how ROWSIZE can be determined ?

is it determined by address line's numbers (A0~13,BA0~BA2) connected between SDRAM and DM355?
