AM4376: DDR3 replacement

In my application, only one DDR3L DRAM(x16) is used(MT41K256M16HA-125 IT). Unfortunately, Micron declared that this component is discontinued. the successor would be MT41K256M16TW-107 XIT. Since MT41K256M16HA-125 IT already reaches the maxim transit frequency that AM4376 supports. so does this mean I can use the same parameters setting for MT41K256M16TW-107 XIT?

Yes, faster memories are backward compatible with slower ones. You should compare the DDR datasheet timings nevertheless.

Yes, I did fill the template 'SPRAC70_AM437x_EMIF_Configuration_Tool_V20' according to the datasheet of MT41K256M16TW-107(DDR3-1866). it appears some RED marks there in the template. so I think only DDR3-1600 parameters are valid. that's why I think it's not make sense to input the parameters per MT41K256M16TW-107(DDR3-1866). kind of wordy.
