Linux/AM5728: Audio capturing using Gstreamer pipeline

You could try  alsasrc for capture and alsasink for rendering the audio samples.

It should be something like:

gst-launch-1.0 alsasrc device="hw:0,0" ! capsfilter ! queue ! alsasink sync=false
You could check is the device id correct.
Capsfilter depends of your audio source it could be :


gst-launch-1.0 alsasrc device="hw:0,0" ! 'audio/x-raw-int, signed=true, width=32, depth=32, format=S32LE, rate=96000, channels=4' ! queue ! alsasink sync=false

for example.

Keep in mind that there are elements like audioresample, audiocovert that you could be added in the pipeline, depending of your use case:
gstreamer.freedesktop.org/.../gst-plugins-base-plugins-audioresample.html
gstreamer.freedesktop.org/.../gst-plugins-base-plugins-audioconvert.html


But first I would recommend you to try with aplay and arecord to verify the capture before to try gstreamer pipeline.
