The DDR3 maximum frequency for industrial extended temperature is shown in Table 5-6 on AM335x datasheet (SPRS717K).

I understand that the DDR3 maximum frequency when VDD_CORE is OPP100 is as follows.

-40°C to 105°C : 400 MHz
105°C to 125°C : 333 MHz

Is my understanding correct?

No, the DDR3 maximum frequency when VDD_CORE is OPP100 is 333MHz for industrial extended temperature devices (–40°C to 125°C).

I understand that for industrial extended temperature devices (-40°C to 125°C) the DDR3 clock frequency can never be configured beyond 333MHz.
