I tried eStore and the Spectrum Digital site (http://support.spectrumdigital.com/) and I seem to be able to access both.  However, I do not see anything related to Rev D or Rev E; the latest I see in these sites is Rev C, with links to older rev EVMs in case you need to compare collateral between one rev and another.  I will try digging into this and see what else I can find out..

[Update]: 1.2 silicon has been available for a few months now and it appears that EVMs with this silicon started shipping in August time-frame, but to be sure, we would need to verify with Spectrum Digital.  Let us know if you have a hard time getting this information from them.

I managed to get ahold of a technical guy at Spectrum. They are selling Revision E DVEVM's which are currently the latest and are shipped with Rev 1.2 Silicon. He says the latest TI DM365 die is still not verified (interesting) so will consequently still be suffixed with TMX but will be labelled TMX320xxBxxx to represent v1.2. Does this sound correct? The Silicon Errata (SPRZ294C) does mention TMS parts on page 6.

As you can see from the errata, there is more than one part listed as v 1.2 silicon and TMS versions of these are already available via our product folder: http://focus.ti.com/docs/prod/folders/print/tms320dm365.html#inventory

However, it was not in our plans to have DM365 EVMs with TMS silicon until end of 4Q09 or beginning of 1Q10.  Therefore, from an EVM perspective, you will still see TMX v1.2 silicon for the near future.
