TMS320C6747: Connecting Single ended clock to OSCIN per fig 66-7 of data sheet

Part Number: TMS320C6747
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CDCV304

Hello, I have available a 33MHZ LVCMOS output from the CDCV304 and I want to use it to clock the DSP. The DSP OSCIN single ended is limited to 1.2V.

I was thinking of simply add a resistor divider, a 2k ohm and a 1K ohm resister in series from the buffer output to ground. The 2k closest to the buffer.

Then connect the junction of the resistors to the OSCIN. Would this work? Thanks Tony
