The customer downloaded csl 03.08, and he ran audio-preprocessing project. But failed and displayed "i2c read failed". And the i2c was successeed in loopback mode. Please help to analyze.

Hello,
actually these I2C read errors come from communication with the TCA6416 chip.
Did your customer make any changes to the source code?

Hello,
did your customer resolved the problem with blocked I2C bus on their side?
It should be rather a HW problem than SW if no changes were made to demo source code.
