Hi~

I'm using Keystone devices. (TMS320C6678)

I want to use MSMC to process large amounts of data in eight cores.

For example... Four cores fast write image data to MSMC. Four cores fast read image data from MSMC.

Are there reference codes or data? ( Except MSMC user guide.... )

Is there a better way to write and read image-data than using MSMC?

Hi,

There is NO specific example for readin/writing image data into memory, but the principle should be the same: change the data placement to MSMCRAM.

I refer to code that uses MessageQ among the IPC example code for a large amount of data transfer between cores.

Is it possible to use MessageQ area as 4Mb MSMC area?

What is the best way to send and receive video frame data between cores quickly without delay?

I saw IPC and QMSS in the image processing demo of MCSDK. Is it correct to put QMSS in MCMC memory area in this demo code?

When I look at the reference site, I get confused and ask again.

If you look at the C: \ ti \ ipc_1_24_03_32 \ packages \ ti \ sdo \ ipc \ examples \ multicore \ evm667x directory, there are message_multicore.c and message_multicore.cfg files for examples.

This IPC code using MessageQ. If it is correct to change for improve execution speed, please advise how to modify message_multicore.cfg file.

As mentioned above, we are trying to improve interworking performance using MSMC in interworking with 8 cores using Message Queue (minimizing delay).
Please advise how to modify the attached * .cfg file.

Hi,

Can you try to specify the number of cores used by MultiProc with MultiProc.setConfig function by adding:
MultiProc.setConfig(null, ["CORE0", "CORE1", "CORE2", "CORE3"]);

Looking for ways to improve IPC interworking performance ....
I realized there was a limit.

I found a way to write and read MSMC directly.
