Hello.
So the main question is - does Error-Correcting Code/ Error-Detection Code module provide enough value to be used in automotive project?
I read something about it overall effectivenes, but cannot found much info about utilisation in automotive projects . I also understand that ECC can potentially slow down the memory. For example, I think it isn`t that much of significance in using the ECC module in something like Surround View system, because it doesnt affect the driving process directly. But, if my project will include something related to Emergency Braking, it will be much more important. Are there any kind of standart for ECC usage?
I'll be very grateful, if someone will provide some pros/cons or examples.
