My customer has purchased TMDSIDK437X kit, and is having trouble getting started.

Per customer:

I have CCS installed and eventually got the SYSBIOS. I can build the hello world no problem (didn’t try to run it).

After poking around for a while I think I found the software and trying to do PRU_ICSS_EtherCAT_User_Guide. It looks like you have to generate the demo projects now and I am stuck there. It seems like the tools are all newer versions than the build script is made for. I tried fixing a few things like the SYSBIOS version but still stuck (see photo).

Any help or pointers appreciated.

Hello Viktorija,
as I see from the screen shot first yor customer have to install Linaro compiler 6.3.1 and XDC tools 3.50.7.20 and then try again and see if any further compiler issues will appear.

Hi again,
for the EtherCAT I can point to
software-dl.ti.com/.../PRU_ICSS_EtherCAT.html
but customer already should have it with the package PRU_ICSS_EtherCAT_Slave_01_00_07 he downloaded.
