AM5728: TIDL on A15

Hello,

as far as I know, it is possible to compile TIDL for both DSP and EVE. Would it be possible to run TIDL on A15? If yes, where can I find the compilation instructions? Are there any constraints or performance degradation or any kind of cautions which may result from running TIDL on A15?

Hi Safwan,

TIDL is not supported on A15 today. We have integrated ARM NN in Processor SDK Linux. For the need on running the deep neural networks on A15, I would suggest using ARM NN.

thank you for your answer. Could you please clarify that a bit more. We have Vision SDK in Windows. It is not clear for me how to do the compilation of TIDL for ARM NN (whether on Windows or Linux).

Hi Sawfan,

We don't support vision SDK on AM57x processor. We support Processor SDK Linux on it.
