AM3357: Which processors supports a MPU frequency of 800MHz and a DDR3 frequency of 400MHz?

Hi,

I use the AM3357. So far with an MPU frequency of 720MHz and a DDR3 frequency of 303MHz. Now i want to increase the frequency of the MPU to 800MHz and the DDR3 frequency to 400MHz. How can i distinguish in the firmware which processors (AM3357, XAM3357) support the higher frequencies? Is there a way to distinguish XAM3357 and AM3357 processors in the firmware?
