TIDEP0038: Would you suggest the processor for barcode scanner ?

TIDEP0038 is Vision Analytics OMAP L-138 based hardware/software reference design. Therefore if the customer want to use TIDEP0038 platform as reference design the most appropriate processor should be OMAP L-138:

Of course if the customer needs higher performance he can choose am572x Sitara processor for example:

or some of the KeyStone II System-on-Chip (SoC):
www.ti.com/.../products.html
