As suggested you should always refer to the latest DM. Then you have to know your part number to be more specific.

In addition, we have the Clock Tree Tool (CTT) ( ) which has a "Frequency Analyzer" feature that compares the configured clocks vs the max clocks allowed stated in the DM/datasheet. If you are interested you can read in the CTT USER MANUAL for details.
