Hi,

Is there any hypervisor which has been run on the TDA2xx platform?

read about support for TI platforms in the Jailhouse.

Has this been proted/executed on the TDA2xx?

Are there any compatibility issues in porting it?

Hi,

"Processor SDK Linux Automotive" does not support Jailhouse hypervisor on TDA2xx platform.
The supported TI platform you might be referring to is the TI AM57x EVM

Thanks Nikhil,

I checked about the AM5728 processor.
It also has 2 A15's and 2 C66xx DSPs.
So, as i understand it is exactly similar to the TI TDA2xx ( atleast in this part).
So, can the same port be used on the TDA2xx.?
I want to use Jailhouse on the TDA2xx.

Can you please comment on the feasibility of re-using or minimum porting Jailhouse from AM5728 on the TDA2xx

Hi Archit,

For Jailhouse ports, I can confirm that the hardware like A15 CPUs are same for both AM57x and TDA2xx SoCs.
So the port should be fairly easy to run on TDA2xx boards.

However, since this is not an SDK feature, you are on your own to try and get the Jailhouse running on TDA2xx
