I want to develope some applications around 66AK2H06 processor. I want to develope the code without any RTOS or BIOS. i want to use all peripherals also. From where can i get support / training to start.

This is quite time consuming task. Anyway you could refer to baord library & the CSL of Processor SDK RTOS, see the Processor SDK RTOS User Guide:
software-dl.ti.com/.../index.html

Have a look at the CSL in Device Drivers Chapter.
