I'm following the instructions in the link below:

Unfortunately, there isn't any prebuilt - sdcards , like mentioned in this article.Is there a mistake?

I install processor sdk rtos for omap138/c6748

the path is : c:\ti\processor_sdk_rtos_omapl138_5_02_00_10\....

Can anyone be able to help me this problem?

But from your topic it seems you are using DM8127. Please if you are trying to install IPNC RDK software and you are using DM8127 refer the below guide:
