RTOS/TDA2SX: How to convert Captured Frame buffers as a matrix

Hi Everyone ,

I am working on tda2xx evm platfrom , i understand that frame copy link is used to get the video frame buffers . I believe we can fetch the address of those frame buffers . I like to know

1) is it possible to convert these buffers into a matrix ? and how to do that ?

I want to calculate the exposure of the frames , so i like to get the mean value of the captured frame matrix , so i believe we can get these the data from the video buffer . But not sure how to convert these buffers into data

correct me if i am wrong

Hi Brijesh ,

each frames can be stored as a "Mat" variable in linux , similarly is it possible to store the video buffer buffer data as a "Mat" in RTOS.

I am not sure what is mat variable. As far as i know, there is no such variable type in Linux..
Anyways, vision sdk does not support it by default, you will have to add it..

Thanks , Mat is a image container used in opencv library to contain the pixel values of a image captured ,... basically i want to decode the buffer into pixel values . kindly let me know is that possible or not

Surendar,

I am not sure about the mat image container. But currently it is not supported. You will have to add it.
