is the CPU frequency while Uboot or Kernel is running the same? How and where can I set the frequency? and where can I check which frequency is set.?

Hi user5896270,

AM437x Cortex-A9 frequency is set in u-boot and is not changed by the default TI kernel. In userspace, you can change the frequency through DVFS (Dynamic Voltage and Frequency Scaling) technique, also known as CPUFreq. Refer to the below user guide:
