Linux/AM3359: RAM disk initrd boot

Hi,

I am booting the processor using ram disk "initrd". The User Application files which are copying after booting the processor is deleting for the next boot.

the processor is having NAND flash with partitions.

How do I store the application file permanently in NAND flash if am booting processor with ram boot ?

Hello Mobin,

Once you boot from ram disk you need to change root directory to NAND by using chroot or switch_root commands then your application files will be saved to NAND.
