Hi,

I'd like to confirm that the frame rate and bit rate of h264 encoding adjustable on the fly, per frame, while recording, without a codec reset, on DM365+DVSDK3?

The codec guide SPRABA9 lists targetFrameRate and targetBitRate as "Dynamic Parameters" of the VIDENC codec...
